I’m Tara, and Armchair Ceramics is my passion project! I started pottery just about three years ago and it completely changed my world! I fell in love with every step of the ceramics process, and have spent countless hours over these past few years developing my skill and aesthetics.

Speaking of aesthetics, my style is always changing! I love exploring new techniques, and I believe wholeheartedly in keeping my ceramics practice rooted in play. This means that almost all of what I make is one-of-a-kind, and I am deliberate about honoring my creative impulses throughout my making process.
